LinkORB CRM
Summary
The CRM module is the main contact information in a LinkORB System. Contacts registered in the LinkORB CRM will be available throughout the entire system in all other modules.
Features:
- Create new contacts.
- Search contacts (quick and advanced).
- Register primary contact details such as name, website, company, vat, COC, bank-details, etc.
- Register multiple contact persons.
- Register multiple addresses. Specify default shipping/billing addresses.
- Register multiple phone and fax numbers. Specify default phone or SMS numbers.
- Register multiple e-mail addresses. Specify default contact e-mail addresses.
- Upload contact-photo’s/ avatars.
- Manage contact username/ password-information for your public website.
- View all available information about a contact in one screen. Information from other modules will be presented in the contact-view automatically (invoices, orders, groups, etc).
- Conforms to industry standards, allowing copy/ import/ export and synchronization with most other software.
